Panera Bread

Hunter at the drive thru has gone above and beyond. I don't have to question if the food will be good, or if I got everything I needed. He also makes sure I get the very best deal with my sip club membership and am using my coupons. I got a Mac and cheese meal and have two kids. He asked if I wanted another cup to split the water and cup for the Mac and cheese! I come back bc of this kind of service. He thinks about the people and isn't just a robot. Great kid!

This is my 3rd time eating here and I don't think I'm going to be returning. The first 2 times I ate here, I ordered the Italian sandwich. This time I ordered the chicken bacon. I couldn't believe it when I opened the wrapper. The sandwich was half the size of the Italian sandwich I had before and it was the same price. It was definitely not worth $9 dollars. No napkins in my bag either.

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! Originally, we placed a delivery order for two sandwiches, and two mac & cheeses. One of the two sandwiches was delivered and both the mac & cheese were delivered. We called back to ask for refund as well as a replacement sandwich which was an inconvenience as we had to drive to the restaurant. The pictures below are of the sandwich I was given as a replacement. The original sandwich was supposed to be a hot sandwich. The sandwich I received did not contain any bacon and was a pitiful mess of a sandwich. I expect higher standards of a well-known establishment and this is unsatisfactory! I don’t know if it was the manager on duty when we called to deal with the replacement, but he was also very rude. Thank you for your time.

I always get a pick two. This time around I also got a French baguette, latte, and dessert. Which only cost me about 24 dollars. I absolutely love Panera. I have frequented here plenty and have never been disappointed. I mean, who can go wrong with deliciously fresh-baked bread and meals filled with robust flavors that melt the senses!!

Great place for something different. I like the seasonal menus when they come out. Food is great and the staff is fun. Very quick service. I wish they'd bring back the zero or low tea drinks. The super charged leomades are nice, but to much sugar. UPDATE: July 12th, the Black Forest and gouda melt was very tasty and a great compliment to the tika marsala soup. Great variety and keeping the menu fresh. 8/11 UPDATE- the new melts are fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed the turkey chili, great taste, flavor packed, but not overly spicy. Keep bringing us surprises. Oct 19th, a must try is the autumn squash soup. One of my favorite soups they have at Panera. The sunflower seeds add a nice crunch factor and it's not overly sweet.
