Panera Bread

The service of this place was absolutely wonderful! My food came out so fast and this one worker named Hunter was sooooo helpful! The menu was a little confusing and he helped me figure out what to eat. Later he made my order and made sure everything was excellent. It was almost like he was running the whole show! I would highly recommend going to eat at this Panera!

Beautifully constructed morning sandwich. The staff here takes the time to make them well. Use the kiosk to make up to 5 customizations and you’ll get a personalized well built sandwich.

We ordered at 2ish in the afternoon with a self-ordering machine (dine in). The food was great, freshly and tasty. A note to take is that upon your food is ready, make sure to ask the staff for your drink if they didn't give it to you at the first place. They will give you an empty cup so you can fill in your selected drink at the machine.

A big panera branch. Ample of comfortable seating that are spaced appropriately between tables. No drive thru. Clean and organized place as well as the rest room. High chair observed. A lot of parking space. See images for reference.

Panera says it got rid of flatbreads for their new offerings of "enhanced portions" (direct from website) sandwiches. So thought I would give one a try - the cheesesteak sandwich. First photo is what I thought I was getting, second photo is what I actually got. Disgraceful they clearly forgot to put the meat on it among other things-basically I got a piece of bread with cheese on it for $13.39. I wrote and email to customer service 3 days ago and was informed by self generated email that I would get a response back within 24 hours going on 72 hours now and no response. What a huge ripoff so disgusted at them for now at least putting meat on sandwich and for over a $13 sandwich what the heck. Shame on you Panera
