We had an open enrollment event for our Homeschool Enrichment Program and Mary at Fleming Island Panera was so wonderful to work with!! HUGE shout to her for making this happen for us!! Mary you and your team are amazing!! Everything was delicious!! Thank you so much!!

Customer service is amazing here! I just watched the manager walk around checking on all the customers and asking if she could refill coffee for a customer who is handicapped! Food is consistently good at this location, but the staff make all the difference!

Nat at Panera Bread is truly amazing. She knows me by name and always greets me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. It might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and really brightens my day. Her kindness and consistency make Panera feel personal and welcoming every time I come in and she is there. Nat is a real asset to this location—customer service like hers is rare and very appreciated!

01/13/2026 @09 had the best service I have ever had at any Panera by far. Thanks to this one employee more then anyone. I think her name was mary fraze maybe, She took the time to make sure everyone and everything was running perfectly. If she isnt a lead manager then that is sad. Until then i know my new one-stop breakfast stop

Rarely ever disappoints. We got the green goddess and the pic 2 French onion soup and capris sandwich. Both were delicious as always. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I still gave them a 5 star on food because it was good but they were out of slice tomatoes for my sandwich. It happens still recommend this location and most paneras.
