Panera Bread

This was the worst Panera Bread I have ever visited. I travel around the state frequently and have been to many locations, so I have something to compare it to. I ordered a large Hearty Fireside Chili and a Greek salad. They brought me a large bowl, but it was only half full. The chili was watery like plain soup, with just a few beans floating in it. Anyone who has had this dish before knows it should not be like that. It honestly looked like leftovers or scraps. I couldn’t eat it. The Greek salad came with only one napkin. I didn’t say anything to the staff because I’m not someone who likes to make a scene, but this experience was very disappointing, and I will definitely be leaving a review.

I went 10 min before closing time and went to get a Mac and cheese, but it was ice cold. I decided it was ok since it was near closing time, but my other friend who got the Mac and cheese and a sandwich had a heated Mac and cheese. So I’m writing this review. It was right after my dance performance too so I was starving.

I ordered the Ciabatta beef sandwich again. It was the 2nd time I ordered it after ordering it last week. Last week's sandwich was great. The bread, the meat, the onion au jus sauce, and not overly salty. Today's sandwich was slightly too salty. Still enjoyable just not as enjoyable.

Ordered two chipotle chicken avocado melts, both had really brown avocados. The manager refunded me, so they have excellent service. Make sure you look at your food before eating it.

Love the sandwich options here. The vegeterian option for sandwiches are delightful. Love coming here for chipotle chicken avocado melt and salads. The service is very quick. The drinks are great as well. Ordered mango agave. It gets very busy during peak hours, but the food orders always comes out accurate. I love that about Panera. Not to forget it’s also a great place for coffee and dessert. Love the bakery. They usually tan out of the bakery items around the evening.
