Customer Reviews
February 29th my daughter and myself stopped in to use a school gift certificate up👍The place is very nice and relaxing. We ran into some longtime friends, which I haven’t seen in a long time which made the experience that much more enjoyable👍my smoky buffalo melt was delicious, and the macaroni and cheese was also delicious and creamy.
This Panera Bread location was clean and upkept. My food came out quickly and tasted great. My only real issue was that it took nearly 4 minutes standing at the counter in front of the register before someone came up to help me. Meanwhile, multiple employees walked by and even looked in my direction, without saying anything. The person who finally helped me was friendly and helpful.
Ordering via tablet was nice since staff was busy cleaning prior to closing. There were no large cups but staff provided two regular sized as a compromise. It was just me so two cups weren’t needed although the gesture was appreciated. Food was great as always. The dressing was well proportioned on the salad. Great selections of flavored tea as well.
We had a Turkey & Chedder and Bacon-Turkey Bravo sandwiches with Creamy Tomato Soup. The sandwiches and soup were good, but he extra bread on the side was too hard. The environment wasn't as good as I expect from Panera. They weren't even slightly busy and we passed sitting at two or three booths that didn't appear to have clean tables. There were small pieces of paper that remained, indicating that they weren't cleaned after the previous guests. Also, when I went to pick up our order, there were two flies walking around on the same countertop. Not exactly what you expect or want to see in late October, or anytime really. What happened to the microwave in the customer area? I like that convenience so I can re-heat a warm beverage or soup to my preference.
25 minutes for an easy pick two. Bacon on BLT cold and soggy. Didn’t get side with order, had to go back I was here four days ago and the order was actually screwed up twice if that’s possible. Simply because the cashier was not listening.
