Customer Reviews
We ordered delivery from here because we had a deal on Uber eats. Panera usually doesn't disappoint and this was no different. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and a blueberry muffin. The sandwiches were the chicken asjago bagel sandwich and the chicken ranch focaccia. Both were decadent and tasty. The asiago sandwich had a little too much mayonnaise but overall was very good and the chicken ranch focaccia sandwich was quite good. The soups we ordered were broccoli cheddar and the potato soup. Again both were pretty good. The potato soup was rich and creamy and the broccoli cheddar soup was the right amount of cheese and not too heavy. We also really enjoyed the blueberry muffin. Overall it was a great experience and we will continue to visit. Panera is solid.
The toasted Italian hot sandwich 🥪. It’s my go-to for a reason: quick, simple, and always hits the spot. The sandwich was warm and had that perfect crunch. Service was fast and smooth, and this location had a quiet atmosphere. Great for a quick bite when you know exactly what you’re craving.
I visit other nearby Panera Bread locations pretty often, and I usually have a good experience — but unfortunately, today at this location was nothing like that. I ordered just a simple bagel — nothing complicated. I got an “Order is ready” notification and went to the counter right away, but my food wasn’t there. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me were getting theirs first. When I asked, I was told to wait, and more orders kept coming out for others. It really felt like mine was ignored. And when I finally received it, the butter I requested still wasn’t included. The bagel itself was fine (+1 star!), but good food doesn’t make up for poor service. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not what this location intends to offer customers.
The type of customer service I received from your MANAGER PRESTON was absolutely disturbing and disgraceful what an embarrassment that I’ve been going to your location as a top rewards member. To be someone representing a company like Panera bread your MANAGER PRESTON needs to learn some customer service!! He was extremely RUDE to me and unhelpful by putting me down and talking back to a customer when I was being extremely polite with him. What an embarrassment poor customer service and horrible attitude!! Makes me never want to go back !!! **I AM RED FLAGGING THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION** Don’t bother spending your money where it’s not appreciated and the hospitality is incredibly low somewhere your looked at like an idiot for even going into this place! I would rather drive an hour then ever
I am from St. Louis and many of you may not know the Panera was started as "St. Louis Bread Company" and growing up, I loved this place because the food was always fresh, with great value as far as price and always a welcoming atmosphere. I would say things are definitely not as they were. First, they removed the water cups, so you have to ask for one. I ordered the French toast breakfast sandwich, and the bagley was warmer than the egg. My egg was cold and definitely not the quality I expected. Also, this sandwich is pretty sticky, so grab some extra napkins. I also ordered a pumpkin muffin. It was good nothing to jump up and down for, but my meal was $10, which is just crazy for the quality, in my opinion. I went to sit down at a table, and it had stickey spots all over it and had not be
