Grilled cheese was NOT a real cheese sandwich, they used American cheese which is disgusting, the hot tea dispensed container was warm not hot, probably haven’t been taken care since they opened! The chicken soup was good and the bread that came with it. The people work here were on auto pilot, they had no personality, this company has really gone down hill. I never even ask for chips just a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich.
BEST PANERA LOCATION! Way to go Panera staff on making this the best Panera vibe ever. The fireplace and coffee tables add a great layed back vibe and the staff, Tatum and Marlene, who made my morning coffe and breakfast at 5:58 a.m. were amazing.
Trashy Panera bread alert! Even when you order fruity in the restaurant, they give it to you and to go boxes. Absolutely no one is running the front counter. Tables are never wiped down. There’s actually a bucket of wipes, expecting customers to wipe their own tables. Employees are sitting on their phone while dishes, pile up and look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for a plate. I got bread with my soup and the bread was extremely stale. My boyfriend got an apple and his apple was literally dirty. Like had dirt on it. I have never been to a worse Panera bread. McDonald’s has higher standards. There’s also no music going so the vibe is so weird.
Food was delicious and made fast. The dining area was clean and very cozy. Also wasn't very busy, even for a Friday night! Service was excellent, and the price of my meal was less than I expected it to be! Would absolutely come here again if I ever find myself in this neck of the woods in the future. Thanks for being here and helping me make my otherwise awful night that much better 🖤
The restaurant was clean and good size. Parking was easy. The prices were above average. $20 for a full-size sandwich and a coffee.
