Customer Reviews
Not super impressed with Panera’s quality today. The service was good, staff was friendly. Dining area was clean. The tomato basil bread was stale at 11 am… and the mac and cheese was chunky and overdone like it had been sitting in the thermalizer for too long. We spent $50 for stale bread and overcooked mac and cheese.
I spent $23 at Panera Bread today and had a really disappointing experience. The chicken sandwich was cold, and the lettuce was clearly spoiled (I have photos). The cheese on the sandwich tasted stale, and the vegetables were not fresh — I ended up throwing the tomatoes away. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and received a dry bagel with the cream cheese on the side. Since I was driving, I had to pull over to prepare it myself. The grilled cheese wasn’t grilled at all — the bread was soft, not toasted, and it was just plain American cheese with no flavor. For the price Panera charges, this quality is unacceptable. This experience did not match the brand’s reputation and was not worth the cost.
A group of us ladies went for lunch at 11:30 on Monday, February 16th. The were OUT OF Potato Soup, Tuna & had NO NAPKINS. Then my friend slipped in the bathroom on a wet spot. The food is too expensive for the small portions too. I’m done with Panera’s. They all seem to be going downhill fast.😡
We ordered several soups. With the bowls in the side no matter what the cost. I have never given a soup a chance in an establishment other than cafe, full service restaurant from old ways of thinking. I'm grateful for trying the the Seasonal Squash. This soup I had to eat a little bit at a time on account it tickled the taste scenes into Intoxicating Good. I couldn't believe it since I'm sure I can't even remember how long ago it had been for that .
Staff friendly, food okay not worth the money. They had a special two for 8:90,it was not that price. We paid almost 11 dollars for two. Drinks 4 dollars 💵,I think it over priced. And this is one of the places I didn't find a jalapeno bread 🥪
