RIP OFF!! OMG I just can't believe what this place gave me for $9!!(See Pics) They should be so embarrassed to even try to serve what they gave me. I got a BOWL of HEARTY CHICKEN SOUP...it wasnt HEARTY it was HARDLY!! Hardly any soup at all! Literally not joking when I say I could of bought a can of Campbell's soup or many other varieties of Chicken Soup in the can and would of been more of a meal .much larger proportion and taste better. I never felt more ripped off..there was a few tiny tiny pieces of chicken and just a few tiny pieces of noodle and the rest was all carrots and barely any broth either Look at the bowl and look how much is in the bowl!! It is like 1/3 of the bowl if that..I have no idea if this is normal or the person that served me didn't know what she was doing. But
I have gone to this location plus all the following locations; on Cleary, on Federal Hwy, St. Rd 7 off Wiles, and in Hillsboro off Hwy 1, and of all of them, this one in Coral Springs on University has the worst consistency in food orders, with presentation, and production/creation. I've had the Mediterranean Salad at all locations, and this place gives the bowl at about 60% full, (in comparison to the commercials, but substantially less then all the other locations. Food shifted when I showed it to another-over tilt). If you pay extra for items, they don't pay attention and give the same proportion, so don't pay for anything extra. Panera is always a reliable spot for a quick meal. Soups and salads are fresh, bread is consistently good. I prefer that for my kids over any fast food
Apparently, the "pick two" means pick one thing that's gonna be decent and pick a salad that's going to be terrible. Yellow and white lettuce that's wilting? Gross! Dirty tables and trash needed to be taken care of as well.
Courteous staff and pleasant atmosphere. Food is ready in quite a timely fashion 😋
