Panera Bread

Terrible service. I waited 40 minutes for my chicken soup and sandwich. This has been going on for the last six months. I won't be ordering from there again. Be prepared to stand in line for at least 30-40 minutes in rapid pick up or drive thru. Always left 20% tips, now never will back again. Delete app! I hope another people have a better experience…

I’m writing about the Panera at the Arboretum in Charlotte. Last week I ordered a breakfast sandwich with avocado added. They said there would be an up-charge,, which is fine. When I got home, the receipt showed the up-charge … the sandwich did not show the avocado. This was the 2nd time this happened. First time, I let it go. This time, I called. All I wanted was a refund for the avocado I did not get. But I was told they couldn’t do that and my only option was to come back for another sandwich. So i did. At the window, I spoke to the manager (Kristina, I think). I questioned why I could not get a refund over the phone. She said it was because the employee I spoke with was not a manager. I asked why he didn’t call a manager and she said “here’s your sandwich”. I asked if she could refund

1/2 star!!!! Update: I should have read my own previous review (below)... I wanted a treat for my birthday so I picked up a cinnamon roll. In the past, panera had light, fluffy, yummy cinnamon rolls. Those days appear to be over. The cinnamon roll i got was flat & tasteless. Really just nasty. Panera, you have let me down for the last time. Gave me wrong order. Will not order from this panera ever again.

Awful. Just awful. This “pizza” flat bread pizza was very salty — had sour sauce — and the cheese wasent even melted! The salad was nothing special BARELY ANY DRESSING THOUGH! Also there bread chips is a peace of bread and there croutons were so stale and not even croutons, just cut up bread. The coffee was okay but not really the best the chicken in the side salad had no spice and was dry and chewy. For 34.75 dollars. Not worth it at all.

Not bad, Italian sandwich was so good but pecan-lemon braid was not great. 4☆
