Great atmosphere and great food, I seriously doubt and question the validity of the low star reviews left by certain individuals, “nail clippings in soup…. “ Like honestly Some people lack some common sense and have never worked fast food and it shows! Awesome store awesome food and awesome employees, good job would recommend!
Had a minor issue with my delivery that the store manager. Kara, caught. She gave me a ring to let me know and rectified super quick. Kara was an absolute pleasure to speak with and couldn't have been more friendly!! Thank you Kara!!!
I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, and it was about what you’d expect from a fast-casual place like Panera. The dressing was okay, and the lettuce and cheese were decent. My biggest issue was the grilled chicken it was cold and sliced so thin it was more like deli meat than actual grilled chicken. For the price, I expected something a little fresher and more substantial. Not terrible, but not great either.
I’m not sure if the management has changed or what, but this Panera was extremely dirty. The tables were dirty, the floors were dirty and sticky, and there were piles of dirty plates left near the trash. I was lucky to find a table that looked somewhat clean. I sat there for about 40 minutes, and they weren’t busy at all—there was plenty of time to clean. How are customers supposed to eat comfortably in an environment like that?
This is my local Panera bread and I have given them multiple opportunities to get not only our to go orders right but to have items in stock. We have been ordering from here since they opened. This location seems to have run out of French Baquettes and other ingredients as well. Every time we want to order baguettes, they do not have them. Not only that, I was told that they do not have a brioche bun for their new Chicken take sandwich and that they couldn't substitute the bread. Meanwhile, I’m hearing their employees offer other to go orders the option of choosing another kind of bread for that same sandwich. Why was I not given this option? They basically lied to my face. No matter what time of day I have ordered from here, they mess up our order or we have to order something different b
