Panera Bread

Whoever did the Grand Opening decorations: Adorable!! Absolutely set the tone for a great weekend :) I went through the drive-thru Friday night at 7pm and Christopher was very nice and helpful, there was very little wait time, my food was good! Happy you're here, Panera!

We used to eat at Panera fairly often a few years ago, as it was the only place around to get a good salad. Wow, has quality taken a nosedive. The lettuce was wilty, and mostly stems. Really felt like a ripoff for a $10 half salad. They tried to give us someone's old tea sitting on the pickup shelf, when I saw the girl fill up ours (with my name) and take it to the prep area. I guess we're done with panera.

I went to this location on Saturday and received terrible service. I went through the drive-thru and when I get to the speaker box to order no one answered me and then when they finally did answer I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. I went around to the window and the girl said I’m sorry my headset is messed up. I told her no worries I understand. I told the young lady I wanted to order 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. She goes back to her computer and talking back and forth with co-workers and comes back and asks me again what I wanted to order. I repeated myself and said 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup. She comes back 5 minutes later and ask if I have rewards, I tell her no. She shuts the window and comes back not 5 minutes later and ask the same question again. I said ma’am I j

Placed our order and after waiting 30 minutes went to check on our order, it was no where to be find. When we finally got food, it was pretty decent. Usually when you get soup, you get some bread, not here. Will give it another chance at sometime
