Using the app is very convenient for those who are on the go and want to skip the line. If you haven't decided to get the app let me tell you how easy it is. You make a profit and add payment. The menu is there and options are giving to you if you feel like getting a combination of salad, Sandwich or soup. You choose the time and when to pick it up. They are usually good on getting the food ready by the time you arrive. If however you want to eat there that's also an option.

This owners serves standard great Panera fare so I know I can get my favorite autumn squash soup with extra pumpkin seeds and apple chicken salad my way either no cheese and light dressing. I passed on the delicious looking pastries and candy cookies Menus on the kiosk order offer photos. The wall mounted menus are white with dark letters, minimal glare and readable. Service today was excellent The venue offers free accessible parking on the private side of the eatery and in the shared lot with other venues. They offer accessible entry and accessible order kiosks. Men’s and women’s restrooms offer dedicated stalls with 5 ftx 6 ft space, 2 grab bars The background music is loud

I used to love this restaurant especially their salads and soups. However recently their salads aren’t the same portion (see pic). For $10-14 for a salad I expect a decent amount of lettuce. Baguette was stale and their switch to Panera chips was the wrong move in my opinion. Grilled cheese was ok as the bread wasn’t grilled only based in butter. Good amount of cheese though.

I chose this restaurant because their website clearly advertises dairy-free options, which is important due to dietary restrictions. When we visited the store, staff laughed and told us the only option was a salad. After returning home, I confirmed the dairy-free options were still listed online and called the store manager. He admitted he had to read the ingredient box to determine what was in the bread—despite the bagels being advertised as made fresh daily, not from a box. He then confirmed the boxed ingredients contain milk, meaning all bagels contain dairy, directly contradicting the website. I then contacted the corporate company to report the issue. I was told they would not provide additional training to the manager or staff and that there would be no resolution to this situation

Very nice place! Clean, well organised! Always hot tea and coffee. And in a very nice location!
