Panera Bread

Located in canyon springs plaza. Corner of Boynton Beach Blvd and Lyons road. Lots of Parking available, open till 9pm. Food was good . Lots of seating.

We went to have a coffee and snack. The coffee was luke warm. We ordered their "Asiago" bagel. The "Asigo Bagel" was nothing but over proofed piece of round bread brushed with egg wash and some flavor of some cheese. Unediable.

I just had my last set of food from panera. The bagels are not freshly made anymore. They taste like they're out of a bag similar to Thompson's, that I can get at Publix for a fraction of the price. If I'm going to have a sad bagel. Instead of having me a red bagels they used to have they have about six different kinds. This company must have been taken over by some conglomerate or hedge fund because everything has been cheapped out. Thanks for coming. Another good company put out of business by greed.

This location sucks. I think it all comes down to poor training. They’re always out of stuff, place is always dirty, they never ever get my order right. When I order delivery they always put my cold salad on top of hot soup, which makes my salad hot. No matter how many times I ask them not to. They leave the vacuum unattended sitting in the middle of the seating so a customer can trip over it. They don’t refill the drinks or condiments / utensils

Let me say coming here for breakfast this morning made me see why they put food preparers in hair nets. 3 out of the four ladies had ponytails swinging to mid back only one had hair pinned up. We saw so many near misses as they leaned over to prep the food items, ponytails swinging over their shoulders 😳. We made it a game (look, look, look, look, look🫩) Anyway the guys there were fine cause they had short hair...and service a bit slow but it's Saturday we not in a hurry.
