Panera Bread sponsored breakfast for the Salvation Army’s Clay shoot fundraiser, and it was excellent. The employees had everything ready to go when we arrived to pick up and it was delicious. Thank you!

They say when a person gets bad service they will share with more people than if you get good service. For me that is not true I also review when i get really good service. Unfortunately in this review that is not the case. I've had occasion to visit this Panera twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time, I order 2 different salads takeout..when I got home (25 minutes away), one salad was correct, the 2nd was a totally different salad than i had ordered. I called. The shift manager was apologetic and told me he would replace not just the wrong salad but both salads if I would come in again. He said "they write it down in the back" and to simply tell them that info when I returned. (AS a note, I did not get my receipt the 1st time) Yesterday 2/7, I returned to Panera around 4:45pm. Robbery one lady kitchen staff had an attitude because I asked about the serving size of a bowl of of compared to a cup my daughter and I dined here she got a pick which came with a soup and salad while I opted for just a bowl of chicken noodle when I brought up my concern the young lady at the register (Jessy) was very nice and polite while the kitchen lady came to to my table to give me attitude !! Now I voiced this concern because its clearly the same amount for and higher price I expect to get what I've paid for !!!

I’m a little ticked off at this moment because I love coming to Panera bread but I don’t understand why they can’t accept hundred dollar bills. Especially when the food is already so expensive my change wouldn’t have been that much. I only had a $100 bill that no one would break for me so I had to cancel my order. I will not be back ruined my entire evening. you know what while I’m at it the place is absolutely filthy. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if they are overstaffed with people who don’t know how to manage. i’m just extremely frustrated that they ruined my night.
