Excellent service at the drive thru window. I typically order on the app and just pick up my order at the drive through. I have encountered the same person working the drive thru my last 4 visits, and he is always professional, polite, and quick with my order. I like to customize my salad (no bacon, extra dressing) and it’s always correct. Thank you to the drive thru team! 5 stars for atmosphere because my car was the correct temperature and had an open cup holder.

best service from the guy working at 2PM on October 5th. Not sure what his name was unfortunately it’s not on the receipt, but he had black hair and a hat on, i think maybe a bit of facial hair. After a bit of a wait, he apologized for it and actually jogged to get our sandwich and get us two free cookies for the wait. what a fantastic guy. hope he gets recognition for this!!!

Their food is very good. Ordered a ciabatta cheesesteak & papaya green tea. This time around the service was not great. I waited almost a half hour in the drive thru. The person behind me left. There wasnt anyone running the window other than the manager. He told me my food would be out in a few minutes but after I paid i waited another 10 min. It was disappointing but I really enjoy eating here on occasion!

Food is pricy, but so far the highest quality. I like the bottled passion fruit green tea that is quiet pricy, but if you go for the pick 2, at least you get a soup with your sandwich.

$9.62 for small thing of chicken noddle soup but they forgot to chicken and the noodles! I waited in line in the drive up for 14 mins for this garbage?
