Panera Bread

Just ran into pick up an order, place is very clean, someone immediately asks if I'm picking up and gets me my order. Great service as far as I'm concerned! And the food is always tasty. Don't forget the hot cocoa!

Been here three times in the past month and all three times they were out of ... bread. No bread bowl all three times, no baguettes all three times, other ingredients and items consistently out of stock. How is a sandwich and soup shop whose name literally translates to "bread" consistently out of bread? There are many reviews on Google and Yelp saying the same exact thing.. needs to be addressed because it has officially made me put Panera dead last when thinking of where to get food

I run a neighboring restaurant in the same plaza and would treat my team to breakfast with their “feast” option. Was originally told, today, they didn’t have it. I reminded them of the menu item, then they told me they couldn’t because they stopped serving breakfast 10minutes from when I ordered (I guess “just made it” means “tough luck”). I get it, I guess, they don’t want to accommodate whatever inconvenience I was asking for…but I will not return based on this curt dismissal and refusal to serve what they advertise to offer. We are corporate, too, guys, we have to act like it. Beyond that, how about some neighborly treatment? Nah, too much to ask. Time to retrain or rehire.

I've always been a fan of Panera, but my recent experience was deeply unsettling. After getting my order, I discovered two cockroaches crawling inside the bag. I'm appalled by the lack of cleanliness and basic pest control. This is a serious health concern, and I urge management to address it immediately. For now, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Very good food, soups, sandwiches, and of course the Mac and cheese are all great. Prices are a bit high for fast food but it does make up for it with food quality and health. Tables are often not cleaned but nothing a quick napkin wipe can't fix. Food comes very fast, usually 2-5 minutes, depending on how many people order before you. I recently got into healthier foods and going to the gym (Tuna pic is most recent) so I hit this place after my gym session at Blink which is right next door, there is plenty of healthy and high protein options on the menu.
