Panera Bread

I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but damn… I came from out of town to see a family member at the hospital. We spent a decent amount of money for five people. I saved my “bowl” of soup for later coming back home. What I got is nowhere near a bowl of soup (more like a cup) and my Turkey Bacon Bravo had ONE piece of bacon on it.

Good location but all the seats are taken up by students on their computers not ordering anything. Staff kind of slow. There was even some homeless person taking up a table completely passed out. Bathroom is coded too clearly because of the homeless using it to pass out.

I had the best experience at the Panera Bread located in downtown Ann Arbor, Greg was an excellent team work oriented individual that went above and beyond to make the experience Outstanding! Best broccoli 🥦 cheddar soup i have ever had, I can't wait to go back...

This Panera used to be good and fast and it sucks now. They guarantee if you order on the app you get to skip the line. Not true at all be prepared to wait over an hour on your food

Ridiculously small $13 salad. Only filled up half the bowl. When I asked if the portion was correct, the counter person said “That’s how much we are supposed to give you.”
