Food was hot and well made as well as kind customer service. There was a lady who was on top of getting everyone's meals-to-go in order, and she was doing a great job. The ladies in the back was also friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Would like to come back in the morning sometime to enjoy the view.
Nothing special about this Panera. The music was too loud, the food portions were small and it was not very clean. I’d like to see it doing better.
13DEC.2024 Service was fast, proficient, and professional. This spot is bustling with many people from all over. The music is good and customers are friendly. The display of snacks are arranged beautifully and appetizing. The building inside and out is clean at all times. Picking up is quick and easy. I had no problems.🥗
Excellent experience at the Kingstowne Panera, exceptional service, delicious food; shout out to Nora who was awesome and helpful. Would definitely recommend getting a half off bakery item with your drink.
We were in the Alexandria area in the fridged February morning, but the hot coffee and pastries did warm us up quite nicely.
