Panera Bread

This location has workers who don’t seem to know how to read instructions on the orders at all! This has been happening for a long time, but I let it slide too many times already. Just in the past week they got my orders wrong twice! I ordered a bread bowl the LARGE size, and they gave me the small size! Then I ordered a sandwich with NO EGG because I cannot eat whole eggs, and they still put a giant chunk of egg! My girlfriend ordered sausage with her sandwich and there is no sausage… What is wrong with the people here???

Came in for a quick coffee, quick it was. Coffee was hot fresh. Staff was friendly, special thanks to Israel for customizing my daughters drink. Thank you for your attention and patience.

I stopped into this Panera Bread recently, and overall the experience was decent, earning a solid three stars from me. Panera is usually one of those places you go to when you want something quick, warm, and a little healthier than typical fast food, and this location mostly delivered on that. I ordered a You-Pick-Two, which is usually my go-to, and the temperature of the food was on point. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted fresh and had that classic creamy flavor Panera is known for. The sandwich I paired with it was well-made, but it could have used just a little more filling to really make it satisfying. The service was friendly but felt a bit slow even though it wasn’t very crowded. The staff was polite and helpful, but the wait for my order was longer than expected for a place that fo

They always get my order wrong everytime, at times it feels like they do it on purpose . I dont even know why i go throught the selections of NO PEPPERS if they dont even follow them. It's disappointing because they will remake it for you, but I don' have the time to wait.

I was there for dinner for 3 , ordering was easy - one could order directly with the cashier or with app or with self service kiosk. Cashier Leonard was super helpful in answering all of my queries. even though store was about to close , he helped getting my queries answered with a smile at the end of tiring day. One of the employees Rosa gets lots of kudos to keep store clean and maintain the hygiene. She was constantly working to keep every table clean. Very inspiring. Overall, food is good except the French baguette was extremely hard. We have eaten at this store several time but this time the bread was really hard, something that needed to be looked upon. Overall good experience , would rate about 3.5 as there is room for improvement. I would definitely be coming back here .
