Panepinto Bakery

Wanted to love this place. My coffee was good. My daughter had cannolis and they were not good. I also bought her a chocolate and Oreo cake for her birthday and it’s either stale or made extremely dry but it’s completely inedible and total waste of money. $80 for everything and the whole cake went into the trash!!!

I ordered the chicken avocado panini; it was very, very tasty. Everything was fresh, the service was excellent, and the place was very nice. I will definitely come back soon.

We were really disappointed with our experience here. When we walked in, the place was full, which is usually a good sign. There was one open table, but it was dirty. One of the employees was sitting nearby on her break with her laptop, taking up two tables. She didn’t acknowledge us, clean the table, or offer to seat us. I had to ask her to wipe it down so we could sit. After that, things only got worse. It took 30 minutes just to have someone take our order. We had to grab menus ourselves, and we watched multiple parties who came in after us get their orders taken before we did. Once we finally ordered, we waited another hour for our food. They didn't even fill the cannoli and just threw it in a container and tossed chocolate chips in there. Super sloppy and I' disappointed. Just opened the fruit tart. The fruit it rotting and covered in mold. This is a health hazard! Disgusting!

The staff is great, very attentive and very friendly! They are one of the main reasons we go there. We always feel welcomed at panepinto. The food and coffee always amazing!
