Pandora Rolled Ice Cream

Tastes good and nice atmosphere, but very hard for the TWO workers to keep up with orders on a Friday/Saturday evening. Probably need to hire more people to keep up during busy hours. Had to wait 10-15 mins before they took my order. I appreciate the workers there for doing everything to handle the orders.

The interior was pretty sick, love the sticky notes and drawings on the wall. The customer service was iffy, i don’t know of the girl at the counter was just having an off day or what but she was unwelcoming and cold. They have a lot of different drinks and ice cream; you can even get an ice cream boba drink. I got the pineapple mango ice cream blended with tapioca boba and it was a 10/10 drink. The price was a bit much with tip. They had crepes and you can add your own toppings or fillings too. There was seating inside and outside cause at times it can get really busy.

My teenage daughters had been after me for some time to try the rolled ice cream and boboa tea at Pandora. We finally went and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality, service, and economy of the place. The atmosphere was also very neat as customers are encouraged to leave a shirt note or doodle on a post-it note and put it up in the wall. We will definitely be back!

What a great ice cream place. Very unique experience. It was fun to watch them create our desserts. The ice cream itself is wonderfully smooth and flavorful. So many options to choose from and hundreds of toppings. Great place for families. Good parking as well. Staff was friendly and offered great suggestion. Make this a place to go when you are here.

I would not recommend! Despite the cute little sticky notes, when you walk in it’s unwelcoming as hell ! I refuse to even place an order because why is the girl behind the counter with the bull nose ring, face all balled up & frowned up like she don’t want to serve anyone! They didn’t speak neither did the other girl that was working with her on 10/26/25 so my family immediately walked back out! Energy was entirely too negative! It’s better customer service at gas stations.
