Panda Express

Another disappointing experience at Panda Express. I sat in the drive-thru line for 27 minutes, only for my order to be wrong when I finally got my food. I specifically ordered Super Greens as my side and was given white rice instead, something that should be a basic, easy detail to get right. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. Every time I’ve tried food from this location, it’s been bad… honestly, disgusting is more accurate. The quality is consistently poor, and on top of that, my order is almost always incorrect. Long waits, wrong food, and terrible quality make this place not worth the time or money. I won’t be returning.

In rare form, the place was actually relatively clean (for a fast food place in Valdosta), and the food was fantastic. They must actually be reading their reviews as of late, because both my wife and I got plenty of protein in our bowls.

I went with a small group about 4 of us. We did not like the food. It was some of the worst we have had at a panda. While we were dining in we express our dislike for the lo mein. It didn't taste good. She apologized while sweeping the floor. Instead of trying to find a solution, she just walked away. We will not be back.

We usually like to eat here. The food is good. My most recent trip though, when we got up, an employee immediately came over to where we were sitting then went back and very audibly started complaining to her coworkers about the mess my 14 month old baby made. I left feeling embarrassed and probably won’t come back now.

Don’t you DARE take your kids here especially if they’re toddlers. The rude lady who cleans didn’t hesitate to loudly make comments to her co-workers about the mess my 14 month old daughter made before I even had the chance to throw my trash away and come back to clean up… Saying how she can’t believe how some parents let their kids make a mess and how she’s a parent and wouldn’t do that… how DARE she publicly shame my wife and I out loud like that. Never coming back here. The average food is definitely not worth being embarrassed by the rude staff. Too bad corporate will probably never even see this to even care.
