Panda Express

This was the first time that I have ever tried this place. The menu was hard to grasp initially as I looked at the food behind the display case. I couldn't figure out how much it was going to cost and what were the sides that you could choose from. There were three large, mostly empty bowls that were supposed to be the choices for the sides. It was totally unappealing to me. I didn't want the last scraping of remnants in the bowl. She assured me that they were cooking more and I could pay while I waited the four minutes for it to be ready. So I ordered one meat and one side. I chose the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. I ordered a plate with white rice, chow mein, and honey sesame chicken and it was DELICIOUS!! The workers were very nice and the inside was clean, including the bathrooms!!! I highly recommend, definitely will be coming back!

Yes, this is fast food, but it is a good quality that doesn't break the bank. Every. Single. Time I've gone here, the staff has been nothing less than stellar. They are friendly with smiles-a-plenty. I hope they enjoy working there because it seems like it to me. (A long time restaurant employee) When I already know what I want, I use the drive-thru. It's fast. Other times, I go in to contemplate variety. The worst thing I could say is maybe after a rush, the floor may not be 100% perfect. (But still close). Please allow me to point out that the food prep areas, and the register area were always immaculate. This is high praise from someone in the industry.

Why does my food appear to be cooked days ago? It's literally burnt and dried to a crisp. This isn't even edible... What I ordered vs what I got. Someone from management needs to email me asap. *Update- redacted my email. I gave them two weeks to respond and nothing heard. They don't give a crap about you or your service. This is rediculous... I will never return to another panda express as long as I am on this earth

The food here is always amazing, so much better than the one on campus. The one time they messed up my order they quickly fixed it, so the staff are very helpful and polite.
