Bummed out that I got home from the drive thru only to see that my noodles are undercooked and gross. If I wasn’t already home, I’d have returned it back to them and asked for a refund. Absolutely will not be returning to this location. The one on Golflinks is much better.

Low-quality or even artificial rice. Plastic bowls that release toxins with hot food, and every fork poke sends tiny plastic particles into our bodies. Pretty plating, deadly poison.

I recently visited Panda Express and had one of the most frustrating customer experiences. When it came time to pay, I handed over my money only to be told they don’t have any pennies. Because of that, I didn’t receive my full change back, and if this is happening to me, how many other customers are also being shorted every single day? Even a few pennies add up fast. If this location is keeping the difference from hundreds of transactions, that’s easy, guaranteed profit coming directly out of customers’ pockets. Excellent Service at Panda Express on S Houghton Rd! I visited the Panda Express at 9130 S Houghton Rd, Tucson, AZ 85747 today and had a truly positive experience, largely thanks to the manager, Uyen. While I wasn't entirely satisfied with the rice, Uyen quickly turned my experience around. I overheard her conducting a very encouraging review with an employee nearby. When she learned about my issue with the rice, she proactively offered me an extra side of noodles, which I really appreciated. It's that kind of attentiveness that makes a great manager!
