The young man that waited on me was new and being trained and he did a good job assisting me. The young lady that was the cashier checked my plate and noticed a correction needed to be made and did it before I ever knew and I really appreciated that! Amazing service and everyone had a smile!

I have gone here multiple times. The service has always been fast with nice welcoming staff (both in store and drive through). The food is good for the price and the store is always clean. Great location for work friendly lunch spot. Good portion sizes as well.

Just ordered food here and was given the driest and hardest Beijing beef in the history of the universe. This has never happened before, really disappointed. The meat is not even chewable, I don’t even know if this is meat anymore, just pathetic. And the fried rice was also very salty, this was very unprofessional.

Gave me the wrong food in my takeout order. Buyer beware. First and last time ever eating at this franchise. Ingredients are packaged, food is covered in sweetener, barely any meat in my entree. Fast food quality at its worst.
