Panda Express

This location is an easy 5 Star Location. From the great customer service from Ms. Tere to the fresh food to the wonderful ambience and a super clean restaurant, There's absolutely nothing negative about this location. Portions are great, the staff is friendly and the food is Awesome... And they have shaded outdoor seating under trees.

Contact the restaurant and they said they NEVER had this happen, deny refund due to no having receipts, they didn’t want the transaction # they wanted the receipt. I asked for them to look up the purchase with transaction # but they refused

Went in today with the family for some good food and the customer service was really great today specially Melanie. She was so friendly and she always had a smile on her face. I will definitely be coming back.

This place is an absolute banger, the other Panda Expresses around the area don't have the same service as this location. I always come here now

I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express. I stood at the front counter for over 5–10 minutes while a guy was cooking and completely ignored me, even when I tried to get his attention. Eventually, a girl came out of the restroom to help, but she seemed annoyed from the start. She then walked back toward the restroom and told us she would help “in a minute.” After feeling ignored the entire time, I ended up walking out without being served. Poor customer service and a very unwelcoming experience.
