Alayna and Mykila had great customer service! They were both so friendly, efficient, and made the experience enjoyable. You can tell they care about doing a great job. I’ll definitely be back. Their work is absolutely amazing and they need more recognition.

Makayla and krissy were working in the food line and register and were a huge help. We were informed that the orange chicken would take 8 minutes to come out and while we waiting they were very welcoming and talked to us the entire time we waited. Whoever reads these emails please let them know they are doing amazing!!

The food is great, always nice to get a good meal from there with my friends, but the one female employee there who always works the register most of the time keeps throwing thing at us whenever we ask for something like a bag, soy sauce, or even my food. She tossed it right in front of me (not over exaggerating), she literally tossed it in front of me with the biggest look of annoyance on her face and said oops, my bad.

Food was great for the selection available. The cashier was very attentive to the presence of customers walking up but was not as attentive to the type of chicken ordered (when half of the menu items are chicken, which one matters). I won't count the drink fountains against them since they are shared for the food court, but two out of three of our soft drinks were over watered.

I was surprised when I got back to my room and started eating to find metal pieces in my food... Just recommend looking at your food before eating. - Updated: Able to talk with the Manager about the problem. It was resolved.
