Panda Express

Update 06/08/25 They've gone downhill. The last 2 times I have gone here were absolutely abysmal. The portions were smaller than they ever have been and instead of giving me my beef and broccoli that I ordered, I just got a pint of broccoli in some beef juice. The employees seem to have changed too, not very friendly or welcoming. I won't drop down to a 1 star cause I have hope it will go back but yeah. Really bad service and food these past few times. I've been to a few different Panda Express locations but this one is by far the best! The service is amazing, employees are always so friendly and they definitely load up your protein!! 😜 Got one of their specialty drinks, peach lychee refresher and it hit the spot! Don't have enough good things to say about this store. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UP

Do NOT go to this location!!! I had an online order and was not acknowledged until I spoke first, as I had been waiting at least five minutes prior. They’re extremely unprofessional and the manager seemed to have an attitude upon my request for my order. She did not smile nor did she express any sense of personal skills after I thanked her for the order. I watched her interact with other guests and smile during their interaction but because I did not resemble the race of the employees, I believe I was discriminated against. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and will not be returning to this location. The staff should be re-trained on how to have positive interactions with ALL customers regardless of their personal preference outside of the workplace.

I ordered online and it told me it was ready… got there 20 minutes later and they said someone took my food. Took them another 20 minutes to get my food.. terrible service.. the man at the register seemed like he didn’t even know where he was.. if you don’t have food come to this location and just grab the food off the shelf..do not order online from this store.. you have been warned !

Restaurant staff was short and I empathize but…the food was overcooked/burnt. We had to wait for fried rice, but it was overcooked. I wouldn’t have minded the wait if it was cooked properly, just take your time….we’re already waiting and hangry, so we can wait a few more minutes for good food. Customers were leaving as they grew tired of waiting. More staff hired would be nice for the current staff and customers. I ordered fried rice and an apple pie eggroll (in picture 1, rice is fried and crispy, in picture 2 apple eggroll is burnt and filling is completely cooked). I couldn’t eat this.

It's your typical Panda Express two notable things: on the positive, there is outdoor seating in lots of indoor seating. On the negative, the layout of the restaurant is not conducive to the lunch rush. For example, the place where you order is literally four steps from the front door. So after about 3 or 4 customers there is a line coming out of the door. Perhaps this is a good marketing ploy I don't know. The food was consistent with the other Panda expresses. The place was clean. The staff were busy when I got there. Unfortunately they didn't have Coke. Zero. Parking is a bit sparse during lunch rush as well.
