Noticed 2 cook's not wearing gloves while working with vegetables and 1 cook not wearing facial hair protection! Amber was wonderful at register, management was helpful in getting fresher low mein; received courtesy drink from cashier being so helpful!. Had to wait 5+minutes for fresh low mein.

This location had fryer malfunction. Food choices were limited. That's fine, crap happens to the best of us. But add a crappy service person to the mix and it's hands off indefinitely. Too many choices in the city and other Pandas are nearby.

Ordered beef and broccoli with veggies and got home to see that there was mostly sautéed broccoli. There was almost no beef but 4 small strips. I see others have complained of similar. The fortune cookies are rubbery.

Went to get my kids some food and I ordered the broccoli beef which had broccoli and 2 slices of beef. Then I ordered the orange chicken and they gave me maybe 3 pieces of chicken. On top of that I ordered a plate with the orange chicken, sweet fire and lo mein, I got no meat?????!! Just the noodles that covers my whole plate. Not worth the money if I’m getting barely any food. Workers need to be considerate of how they plate the food and pay attention. When I spoke to a manager she said on the cub meal it’s 80% broccoli 20% beef. 2 pieces of beef is not worth the price if I’m basically paying the veggies. Also she said cub meals don’t have full portions which is obvious it’s for kids but 3 pieces??? Come on.

We love going to this location! We never have any problems with our order and it is always hot and ready to enjoy. Savannah C did a wonderful job taking our order and making sure we got the sauces needed for our meal. She was very friendly and positive and needs to be recognized!
