If every Panda Express location is using this same tactic that allows them to keep a portion of every customer who pays with cash change that is due but not returned this is corporate theft. The chow mein was dry and tasted fake, i had no chicken with my string beans and the teriyaki chicken was full of fat that i had to keep pulling chunks out of my mouth. It all made me sick to my stomach because the flavor just was not how it normally is.
