Great customer service, friendly staff, fresh food! Staff here is amazing, ordered in a rush and order was ready the minute I walked in the door. My son's juice was missing a straw and the guy that helped us noticed right away and gave my son a new one before we got out the door.

I ordered dinner tonight for Rich and I from Uber eats. We love that you can get food delivered from Roseburg to Myrtle Creek in 40 minutes and it was still hot and very delicious. The driver from Uber was very polite and kind.

This place was packed when we got there and the workers killed it! They worked so fast and got everyone taken care of so quickly. The food was very well made and tasted delicious! The meats were so tender and juicy. We were very pleased with our visit.

Stopped by during their lunch hour today and they were slammed. The two front workers, Jackie and Toni, were doing a great job despite the rude customers they had to deal with. Jackie especially was doing great with multitasking during the rush of 3 catering orders, order aheads, and the long line of customers. I had gotten teriyaki chicken and white rice which was alright. The chicken was good but the rice would've been inedible had it not been for the sauce and chicken.

They need a better system. We go to Panda Express because we like the food but today the food was nearly inedible. And that’s because, even though the app said my order was ready, the cashier said it wasn’t. She didn’t check to see how long it would be. She just stood there waiting for the line to work their way to her. She served a dozen people ahead of me - never checking on my order. When I finally asked if the food sitting on the back counter was mine, I was told it didn’t matter because the cashier can’t touch it until it’s on her shelf. Another woman came out of the back and asked my name. She grabbed a bag from behind the cashier that had been there when I walked in 26 minutes earlier.
