Grabbed food at this Panda Express inside the travel plaza, and the experience was smooth and quick. The line moved fast, and the staff worked efficiently even with a steady flow of people. The food itself was fresh and hot — the orange chicken had good crunch and flavor, and the fried rice was cooked well without being too oily. Portions were solid, so it felt like a good value for a road stop meal. The counter area was clean, and everything looked well stocked, which isn’t always the case at busy highway locations. We stopped here on our way home from Chicago for a bite to eat, the food was great and employees friendly. I don't understand the negative reviews, it was the same as any other Panda Express. Great food!

Poor service. Ordered 3 entrée plate with crab ragoons. Expected to pay around 19 dollars and was charged almost 23 absolutely no mention on menu that some items are premium and others are not. No mention from server or anywhere on the menu. Steer clear. I've been to stand alone stores and never heard of premium entrées before.

I took bigger, I didn’t put much shrimp and rice. I paid $18 and was left hungry. I don’t recommend this place!

Arrived at 8pm..literally nothing available & said they are getting ready to close. Don’t waste your time here at this time is not worth your hard earned money. I’m beyond disappointed with what my husband spent and the quality of our food. Corporate will here about this in the morning as well as your store manager.
