Panda Express

I came in and one of the workers (gabby) greeted me. And she was so helpful, she helped me sign up for rewards , offered me drinks etc. She was very helpful as well with making me a plate. Overall 10/10 thanks to gabby!

so happy Roosevelt Mall added a Panda Express. I’ve visited a few times now and every time the food is correct, fast, & delicious! The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is typically well maintained and very clean. Plenty of parking, just wish there was a drive through for those lazy days.

Went on 9/23 at night and all of the staff and service were SO nice (especially Gianna). I've never been to a fast food place that had THIS good service- even better than Chick-Fil-A. We entered and everyone yelled "Welcome!" and they did so for all guests entering. Gianna explained how the sides/entrees worked, and since the shrimp was running low, they made us a fresh batch instead of giving us the old ones (I heard them tell the cooks that we were waiting for it) and delivered it to our table. Gianna offered us free sample drinks and showed us a QR to get a 20% off. Usually fast food places want you in and out, but she really took the time to talk to us and look out for us. The moment I walked in the door, I immediately felt welcome. Clean store and genuinely friendly staff, the food is amazing if I do say so myself. If you’re one that enjoys spicy food I highly recommend the crispy sesame shrimp and beef
