Panda Express

Made a mobile order at 1945. Said the food would be ready at 2015. Came inside at 2000 to wait for it. When it came to 2015 i approached the staff to ask about my order. They hadn't touched it yet. I place mobile orders to have my food ready. Not to watch 30 people come through and leave after I've placed an order. Didn't receive my food until 2030.

We visited around noon on a random Monday. The trays were sticky to the touch and the food was okay (the Super Greens were over cooked and had turned to mush). We wiped our table and benches down with napkins. The bathroom was clean, but the floor was a little slick. Not the worst, but not the best either.

Angelica gave a small portion of orange chicken and then I asked her to give me a regular scoop but she insisted it was full it was not.then I asked to put my shrimp in the box as to not over cook it and she put it in the plate, then they did not give me the right size coke which bottled as they prematurely cleaned the beverage machine. Finally to top it off they asked me if i had an order of Rangoon when everything was done online? Yes I had an order . Confused what was the point of ordering online ? Lol then my beijing beef laying on the side in bag dang .....

This panda was one of the nicer ones I’ve been in honestly. The food was fresh and the service was top notch. What more could you ask for.

Located in the Food Court of Pearl Ridge Center in Pearl City this Panda Express serves up semi authentic Asian cuisine thats good for a quick bite. Also, something about this panda seems a little off 🤔
