Panda Express

I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit. My husband and I were deciding between Chipotle and Panda Express, and we chose Panda because we’ve always been loyal customers who enjoy the food. That was a mistake. The service we received from the woman behind the counter was completely unacceptable. While plating our meal, she dropped several pieces of chicken on the counter/floor right in front of us and then tried to scoop them up and put them directly onto my plate. I was shocked. If she is comfortable doing something that unhygienic in plain sight, I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen when customers aren't looking. I politely asked her to remove the contaminated chicken, but she completely ignored me and continued. I ended up not eating the chicken she served. It NASTY peopl

Got here when they opened to discover they are serving food from yesterday. Bajing beef was so hard and tough and dry! The honey walnut was so bad the shrimp was not fresh and had a very fishy flavor. No music on and lots of young kids working that seem to be not properly trained. Portions are much smaller now. This location was great but dire what happened.

Missed my food!!! And no any chopsticks or forks???? No one is answering the phone! Also the worst Panda Express I had. Beef are like plastic trash drowning in soy sauce. Very few noodles. Completely disaster.

Came give it a try out of curiosity and was quite disappointed by its service and speed. Had to wait for such a long time in a not even long queue… and it took us over 35 mins to get our plate which was ridiculous for a fast food restaurant chain like this. The food itself tasted alright as I am quite into sweet and sour stuff anyway, but the menu was small with very limited dishes to choose from (a few dishes were out of stock when we visited making it even more difficult).

As an Asian on vacation here, I absolutely recommend this establishment. Look no further elsewhere for Asian food! Go for their signature Orange Chicken & Broccoli with Beef if this is your 1st time trying them out.
