Panda Express

I truly did not want to leave a one-star review, but after today’s experience, I feel compelled to share what happened. I have consistently placed large orders over the phone with this location without any issues — including as recently as yesterday during lunchtime. However, when I called today to place another large order, I was suddenly told that they no longer accept phone orders due to “policy.” This was confusing and frustrating, considering I’ve been able to order this way many times before. When I politely explained that I was unable to place the order through the app or website and asked for assistance, there was no effort made to help or offer a solution. They have yummy choices but sometimes veggies are undercooked they taste weird and have weird texture

The food was great! But I had a problem with the service. I came in at night and a young asian man was taking my order but had a attitude the whole time. He opened up with "what do you want?" Which is kinda rude to begin with. I mistakenly said I wanted a box when I meant a plate, and when I listed the second entre he says "so you want a plate??" With a rude tone and it was really upsetting me. Someone needs to keep his attitude in check otherwise I will avoid this place if I see him there again.

Today 9:30 2/17/2026 whoever was working the drive thru. He was very rude. He talked to fast that you can barely understand him. You apologize that you can’t hear and to ask to confirm he gets offended says what he needs to say and then doesn’t respond back with anything. An d leaves you hanging.

Food is great I love eating panda express but the service was terrible. I asked to be helped by a different person because yeira who helped me was being very rude. They had me wait a lot longer while my plate was just there. For someone who worked for panda express for many years even managed a location to get served this way so terrible. I don't understand why the manager didn't step in when clearly his employee was being disrespectful. My order was very simple but yet the girl helping me kept dismissing what I was saying. I couldn't believe how this place is running. I am a paying customer and how the manager and employee provided customer service was poor. I had to leave I couldn't eat at this location!
