Panda Express

Arrived at 8p. Restaurant closes at 930p. All chairs were up, the entire floor mopped, grill and stove taken apart for cleaning and there were barely any entree options for customers. Staff kept cleaning and didn’t even acknowledge customers in the restaurant. Rude and unfriendly staff. They all acted like they were ready to go and I was a bother. Portions were small too after waiting so long!

Went lastnight and this location has gone downhill, 1/3 of the menu outside was missing to start. And everytime you try and say something to add to your order you could tell the lady working the window had no time to give because she kept saying “is that it” in an annoyed tone. Was trying to tell my boyfriend what they had because , like mentioned before part of the menu was missing. Didn’t get any sauce included in the bag or fortune cookie. Will drive to Greenbay if we want Panda again, because they were so rude.

Today’s crew was great! The ladies at the front handled the rush like pros!

Came in to pickup an online order. Waited 5-10 minutes patiently, when my food was already done. Worker in the front ignored me when I asked him about the online order. When he grabbed my order he threw it in my arms and missed. He proceeded to not care. Talk about bad customer service. I'd advise people to stop supporting manitowoc panda express.

Manitowoc restraunt is a hit or miss. Food is good if it's busy cause it's fresh but they are very understaffed and you can be first in line waiting 15 mins before you get to even take your order. Went through the drive thru, they told me it was going to take 5 mins and had me pull around the store and they would bring it out......waited 15 mins....went in....they forgot to make it up.
