Panda Express is a must for asian food, eat in or takeout. Quality asian cusine, friendly efficient service & comfortable dining experience.

This place used to be excellent when it opened. However for the past few weeks I had to wait 20-30 min for food when ordering online. This has got to be a joke where there is 10 people standing in line and 10 people waiting for carry out order plus delivery guys. The employee behind the register ignored me the whole time yes you know who you are. If the place is short handed then organize yourself better and do not accept orders online very simple. This place has gone down the hill since it opened.

Panda Express is arguably the most well-known representation of American-style Chinese cuisine, but this particular branch doesn't seem to meet the standards of Panda Express. Perhaps it's because they've recently opened, but the overall operation of the restaurant is quite chaotic. The process from ordering to payment isn't very smooth, leading to confusion among customers and longer wait times. Additionally, while the food is freshly prepared, it doesn't taste as good as other Panda Express locations in New York, such as the one in Midtown Manhattan. Surprisingly, they don't offer Panda Express's signature fortune cookies, which makes the dining experience feel incomplete. The only thing worth recommending is that the cleanliness of their kitchen and restaurant seems decent. Overall,

Ordered delivery. Terrible food. Very small quantity of main entree was included. Panda Express and Doordash are horrible. They do not follow delivery instructions. Do not order food from this restaurant!
