Panda Express

Honestly one of the cleanest Panda Express locations I’ve ever been to. The store is always spotless, the food is fresh, and everything looks well taken care of. The food itself is wonderful — and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t even usually like Chinese food. Somehow they are literally always great every time I come here. Customer service is also top tier. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the manager Alex really stands out. She’s professional, kind, and clearly runs a great store. You can tell she takes pride in how the place is run. Consistently clean, great food, and excellent service. Easily a 5-star location.

A young lady who took our order and serve our food, wasn't knowledgeable enough about the food items to improve customer dining experience and satisfaction. In addition, wait time and efficiency could improve immensely having someone on the line that knows how to address new guests visiting their restaurant by making them feel valued and respected. I didn't see her name tag. She was wearing glasses. This under-trained employee customer service skills needs improving and coaching for her to know professionalism determines the success of any establishment. Overall food temps are adequate, drinks / condiment area was maintained as well the parking lot with no visible trash. I only rated this location (2) stars. Manager was very friendly and warm. Staff was welcoming and made you feel at home and helpful patient while I made my indecisive decision. Lived up to pandas usual excellence in Asian Cuisine very fast, very clean

This one of our favorite locations with some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. The food has always been first rate, this location is clean and we are always greeted the moment we arrive. The parking lot is a little odd with the flow of traffic but parking is always available. Given the business this place sees I’m surprised at how fast we get our order. The app always says we will be waiting longer than we ever do.

LOVE panda, but the guy in the drivethrough has the worst customer service of anybody i’ve ever met. terrible attitude everytime we go through. doesn’t speak a word to you and acts rude towards you for no apparent reason.
