Panda Express

Unbelievable!!! I ordered a Panda Bowl with chow mein and string bean chicken. There were very little vegetables in the chow mein, lots of green beans and only 4 tiny tiny bite size pieces of chicken. My husband order fried rice walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. He didnt even get the string bean chicken entry for his plate. We live 45 minutes away so not like we could have come back. . Very poor service

All in all I usually go into the store, which I know at this point is a lot better than ordering and having your food delivered. Going in store I've never had an issue, or at least one that couldn't be handled on the spot. That being said, I've ordered on app delivery a few times already, twice my order was missing my $5+ drink and a side on another order, I called and kind of felt fobbed off. The third time the drink was missing and the order was delivered to the same house number, on a different street! when I called they refered me to Doordash, the driver Angie couldn't be reached, called Panda again, they were no help and refered me to Doordash customer service. When I came in, the place looked clean, the employees had professional attitudes, and the fried 🍚 was not too oily but just perfect.

I went there at 910. Dine in and drive through says 930 online and on there enter door. Yet they were locked and cleaning. Ignored me knocking and I Went through drive thru and she said due to the time that they already closing that they were very limited. Like only 5 things left. I live 40 min away. Very upset I didn't get my regular order. I started to eat here often too. Very upset. If you are going to lock your doors early, post different hours.

This Panda location is the best one I have been too. Staff is amazing! Super friendly! Hunter always greets you with a smile in the lobby or Drive Thru! My favorite dish isn’t always made up but they are always willing to make it fresh for me! Awesome job! Keep up the good work.
