Stopped by the GCU Panda Express, around 2:20 for a quick meal. The food was fine, but the service was horrible! The lady who took my order, her name is Julissa, was extremely rude, barley spoke, and seemed annoyed the whole time. It felt like she didn't want to be there. When she was at the register she rolled her eyes at me. Attitude the whole time and made the experience unpleasant.
I would like to say that Julissa that works at Panda Express was rude.The experience was zero out of ten. She didn't ask me my name.She didn't ask me What I wanted.I had to tell her what I wanted and She had an attitude. Also when I asked her when the chicken is coming out she said it in a mean way. It was at two forty five pm Oct 16,2024
Super busy for dinner time on a Saturday but the staff handled it very well! Food is always good.
Closed to the public and they don’t advertise that. It’s only for college students. Wasted 30 minutes of my life driving there and back. Whoever thought of putting a panda on an exclusive location not open to the public is incompetent. Completely ridiculous.
Forget what other people who don't live on campus say about this place. I live on campus, the staff is kind and always offer samples to try new items. Yes mistakes can be made but the food is made cleanly and quickly. They work with a huge population of students to smoothly deliver food to the masses. Job well done.
