Panda Express

Rosalina has worst customer service skills. Was sitting at last booth seating by window near the drinks station with fountain drinks and she put the dirty broom and dust pan propped against bench of booth I was sitting at with my boyfriend who was still sitting there. If there were white patrons she definitely would not have set them there. At least wait til guests leave to place filthy dust pan blocking seat where I had food I was taking home very embarrassing and humiliating to have to lean over broom and dust pan to pick up my food I was to take home. Never coming back. The management at this location is off already and this insolence was the last straw.

This was my first time trying out panda express, and it was very good! I took broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with a side of chow mein and a chicke spring roll as appetizer.All of the above were very tasty! Service was very friendly and quick, no waiting time at all. Also I think the pricing is very decent compared to the size of the portions.

This review goes out to the front lady that is ready to prepare food; she is short, dark hair with glasses. I’m not sure if she needs new a new prescription for her glasses or she cannot read. That being said, employees must be trained to not assume that everyone is a delivery driver when they say that they have a pick up order. Please train employees to read receipts instead of telling customers to “confirm the order”. I’m sure if I was white (Caucasian) that would’ve never been stated to me. The food is a four out of five, especially since it is great for my diet. Also, I took the liberty of taking a photo of my receipt and posting it. Therefore, there’s no excuse of what was stated. Went through the drive thru so I can't comment on atmosphere...However, we didn't get what we ordered, and couldn't eat any of the meal because of allergies! When your meal isn't supposed to have shrimp in it, and then you get it home, starving after working late, only to discover there's shrimp touching everything else, so you can't eat any of it, kinda ruins your night... The other meal was correct, but the portions are so small it's not even enough for one person, let alone 2. First, and last, time going to Panda Express wasn't a good experience!

Having a quick lunch here. Order bigger plates with steamed rice and chow mien for the side and order chicken teriyaki, Beijing beef, and green beans chicken for the entrees. All entrees were available except the green beans chicken and the staff asked me if it’s okay for me to wait around 10 minutes. I have no problem with it and as it’s promised, the staff delivered it to my table in 10 minutes. A few minutes later, the manager came to my table and delivered the exact same thing. I told her that I received my order and she let me to keep both of them. It’s so nice of her. I like this place because the dining area is clean, all the food ingredients are fresh and they provide a great service!!
