Panda Express

I ordered a Family Feast from the Comstock Park Panda Express (Alpine Ave) on Oct 14, 2025, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered 1 white rice, 1 fried rice, and 3 orange chickens, but received 2 white rice, 2 fried rice, and only 1 orange chicken. I called and spoke with Manager Alexis, who apologized and said to come back with my receipt and they’d “make it right.” When I returned the next evening, they only gave me the 2 missing orange chickens. No rice, no full replacement meal. That didn’t fix the problem, because Panda Express meals are meant to be eaten with both an entrée and a side. The original food went to waste, and now so did the replacements. It’s like ordering a cheeseburger, finding out it’s missing the meat, and when you go back, they only hand you the patty. Sure

This place is ridiculous! Look at the pictures I posted. Charged us $.49 for a water cup, and the portion was super small. We had to go to Chipotle after because we were still hungry

Went in super late and had a $100 order and the staff was amazing, Jorge and Lammoni waited on me and they were incredible! Patient and kind and amazing service! Plus I didn’t wait at all! And they had other orders and customers! Very impressed but we come here all the time and it’s always our favorite! ❤️

Good food but bad associates. Waited at a table nearby for my order online, lady behind the counter asked what I needed so I told her I was just waiting for my order, told her my name as well. Watched not even 2 minutes later as she put the food on the to go rack and walked away instantly. Couldn't get anyone to grab it for me for almost 3 minutes even though they were not busy. She seemed out of her element and downright rude by the time I was able to get my food from her.

My experience with customer service was okay, but I had my leftovers the next day and bit into a chicken bone. Ended up throwing the rest away 🤢
