Stopped in for dinner, they had 3 main dishes and everything else was out of stock because they're closing at 7pm due to the "cold". 18 degrees constitutes closing early and not making all your dishes. If that wasn't bad enough the soda machine was broken and they had no lemonade. Manager here needs to be fired.

I ordered bigger plate for black pepper angus beef, firecracker shrimp and black pepper chicken. I was disappointed when I opened my box, the box itself is small than the usual box I got over the states. Chow Mein is plain without vegetables. Firecracker shrimp had no beans, and the black pepper chicken was the worst, there’re no celeries, and chicken was super small like minced and not fresh.

It's definitely good for grabbing something quick to eat, though I personally don't really have a huge fondness for it. The kids, however, really do enjoy it. The staff is consistently nice and very courteous. The only thing I find a bit of a drawback is that the store is quite small and it often feels rather crowded.

I placed an online order Wednesday and received the entire wrong plate and didn’t receive the 2 orders of spring rolls and order of cream cheese Rangoons. I called immediately after the food was delivered and was told that I would receive a refund back by end of the day. I didn’t. I waited an extra day just incase it was a delay and still didn’t receive it. I called back again this morning to speak to someone and everytime they answered they would hang up at the exact moment I asked to speak to a manager or when I would say I had an issue with a order. I’m not one to complain but after being hung up on 6 times that’s a problem. I will be reaching out to cooperate cause this is unacceptable and if this is how yall treat y’all’s customers don’t count on me being one again.

Food was good, fresh stuff and nothing stayed empty. I felt like the staff was a bit robotic and moody but I cannot fault that. I understand how it is being a fast food worker and it can be exhausting.
