Panda Express

My family and I had dinner at the mall since we were there already shopping. First they seemed to had been short staffed. Also the cooks in the back had music blasting from a Bluetooth speaker. Food line was a mess and wait times for food were ridiculous. Latisha the cashier was not efficient and extremely rude. I was waiting for the orange chicken to be ready and when it was they put some on my plate and just left it there. By this point I had already paid. I asked Latisha since she was just standing there next to my food if she could just hand it to me. With an extremely rude response she tells me she has to hand out in order 2X. Two seconds later she hands me my food. This location is dirty poorly ran and not customer service friendly at all. Will not recommend to anyone.

normally pretty good, but this one guy working there didn’t have a care in the world and I was waiting forever with my boyfriend but he took his friend’s (two girls) first and made them cut the line just to chat and give them food first. When he was done chatting, he forgot where the front of the line was and decided the end of the line was the front, so it put us to the back. Didn’t acknowledge anyone and seemed high as a kite or just really dumb.

It is in a mall food court, but I ask to sample one of the meats and they said they no longer provide samples. I've been to plenty other Panda Express that do allow that. Food was just okay. Servers seemed annoyed to be there. Just okay.

I purchased a plate half super greens and steamed rice with mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli 🥦. The rice was clumpy the greens were not fresh the beef was salty and the mushroom chicken was not fresh either I hope if I go back it's better. Here it is 2 months later and the greens were Cold and not fresh they tasted dirty like the cook didn’t wash the veggies before cooking them if I wanted to eat dirt I'd go outside 😒🤦‍♀️

If I could I would give 0 stars. We were passing through and decided to take some food for the road. To our surprise we were charge 40 dollars and I was missing 2 entrées. And the cashier did not apply my promo code.
