Pancho Villa BBQ & Catering

We have been waiting for them to open for a long time. We’ve enjoyed from their food truck in the past, but first time in their new restaurant on Madison Ave. My wife had the 2 meat plater and I tried their tri-tip burrito. EVERYTHING tasted great. For us, we could have easily split a burrito but most would consider it a large portion they’d finish in one seating. They have 2 of the best bbq sauces we’ve tried…bbq jalapeño and mango habanero…absolutely spectacular! Lots of room, a few TV’s, beer and wine available all with a “clean & spacious” western theme… we will definitely be back. And the picture of the 2 meat plater has some meat missing…my better half dove in before I could snap a picture! 😂 Also, per my better half & I concur, they have the absolute best plain churro’s…crispy on

Was supposed to go to crepes and burgers beside it but tried panco villa for something different and they recently opened when we visited. I lived in New Mexico but not fond of mexican food but their food is really good that I finished my whole plate. My companions also like their beef assortment said they were so juicy

I have not had the oppertunity to try their food truck but my wife and I went into the restaurant for lunch for our first time and was not disappointed. We shared a three meat platter w/two sides which consisted of the hot link, tri tip and chicken, mac and cheese and the beans. All the food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I added a corn bread which was awesome! The staff was terrific and very friendly and the owner spent a few minutes talking with us at our table. We loved the decor and impressed with real serving plates w/utensils. Also, the resturant was very clean which is important to us. We are looking forward to going back and try some of the other tasty food they offer.

This is an incredible restaurant and a very incredible family! They catered our baby shower this past weekend and it was unbelievable food, very professional and we couldn’t say enough good stuff about it. Everyone was so impressed! If you’re looking for a caterer this is definitely the people you want to go with! Not to mention the restaurant is adorably decorated and fantastic food!! Check it out. I totally forgot to tell you about the barbecue sauce the best you’re ever gonna find in the entire world unbelievable XXX

Our first time visiting Pancho Villa BBQ and we're glad we choose them. Their meats are juicy and tender ( Pork Baby Back Ribs and Tri Tip) and the portions were generous. Sides dishes were fresh and tasty. A Western Decor with Pictures of Pancho Villa in the walls were right on point. We are definitely coming back to this great restaurant. Keep up the excellent work!!
