PANCHO BIRRIA

They only opened a few days ago! Cute and colorful design. We ordered the birria taco combo with the consome. The tacos were flavorful and delucious! The beef in the tacos was cooked perfectly. The consome adds even more flavor as a dip for the tacos and also on its own. Best of all its all halal!! Service was fast and super friendly. Cant wait to stop by again very soon.

The food isn’t great I am sorry but there are better spots out there for birra tacos. Also the corn elotes is water down and lacks flavor.

Practically every item on their small menu (except the snacks, merch, and drinks) revolves around birria. I ordered a Birria Taco ($4.75), Birria Tostada ($4.75), and Birria Fries ($10), and took my meal to go. The taco was filled with tender, flavorful meat, though I found myself missing the consommé — a dip would’ve really enhanced the flavor. The tostada featured the same tender meat, topped with onions, queso, sour cream, and guacamole. I actually preferred this over the taco; the crispy shell held up nicely under all the toppings and wasn’t greasy at all. The fries were also tasty, though I’d probably only order them again if I were dining in. By the time I got home, they had lost some of their crispiness. The portion are very generous and they load on both oaxaca cheese and birria. The food is very delicious; I would definitely recommend. They also have student discount and a taco tuesday deal: birria tacos with consume for $9.75.

Service was great and friendly. Food was very good. Great atmosphere.
