Great little place pretty cool they make there own tortillas and press them , thought that was interesting, food was actually good and you build it so made a steak burrito , ate only half because got full and took other with me for later.lol

I am absolutely furious. While ordering a bowl for my husband, I had to repeat myself for every single ingredient because the staff couldn’t stay focused — they seemed completely out of it and intoxicated. Then I take a bite of my burrito and find a sharp piece of plastic inside that actually cut my lip. It completely ruined my meal. I couldn’t even finish eating because I was so disgusted and angry. What if my kids had taken that bite? This could’ve been a serious medical emergency. This isn’t just bad service — it’s unsafe, unacceptable. You should be ashamed for letting food like this be served.

Fast, clean and delicious! I came mid afternoon so had no one in line. Everything was clean and ready to go.

This was my first time there. The food tasted watered down, flavorless. Even the bottom of my togo bag was soaked with some sort of watery liquid. I had an online coupon for a free item, they said I couldn't redeem it without downloading the app. I downloaded the app but was unable to create an account, not sure why.. Noone there was able to help nor honor the coupon. Bummer

Anytime, I feel like having Pancheros I go out of my way to go to the North Bismarck location, each and every time the service is remarkable from the employees. It creates a nice dining experience compared to the other two locations. Both south locations I feel as if I’m interrupting the staff by ordering my Meal. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend in North location, the food is good, but the service is great!
