Pancake and Waffle House

Boyfriend got us food this morning for valentines day. Usually really good food. It was pickup so don't know if they were busy but my bacon was burnt black. Boyfriend got taco salad and barely any meat in it. Only like two spoonfuls of meat. The taco shell was stale as well. Hope the food improves.

Ordered a waffle with sausage. The waffle was way under cooked. They should be a nice toasty brown. Would have been excellent.

The kitchen is loud and can’t seem to ever be quiet. The cooks are rude and you can hear every word they say when you’re trying to eat in peace. The food was bland. The service was good. The fact you can hear how rude the kitchen staff are to the waitresses is just very unprofessional and no one should ever be talked to the way I’ve heard the kitchen staff be towards those women. Very unprofessional establishment.

Food was amazing. Belgium waffle was thick, light, and fluffy. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Walked in to a sour smell the air units were leaking all over the place. Erica was amazing as usual, the food is bland it was 13 dollars for the meal and the biscuits and gravy were served cold very disappointed in the management and ownership for not letting the cooks season the food !!!
